In celebration of spooky season, I've been binging some Halloween themed videos on YouTube. I started going down a hole of special effects videos and this one just blew me away:
It's truly amazing how much time and effort Jaclyn had put into this makeup! Her ability to recreate a sculpture of her face on a latex base is truly incredible, along with the contour put in the machine part of her face.
YESSS SFX! I love this stuff. I wonder why she chose latex though instead of gelatin or silicone... Latex takes a lot of time to build up like that which makes this even more impressive, but it's not the best medium for something like a full face prosthetic. That said, this is super impressive.
