Animator vs Animation 4

Hey Guys! This is an animation that came out last year sometime and I was super excited for it. This artist uses a bunch of Adobe programs to create these incredible animations! You can look at all his other work right  here

Graphic Design

Hey guys! It's Morgan and this is my first blog post as a senior!! So lately I have been pinning a TON of things and one of the things I found was this super cool flyer! I really love graphic design and designing ads/advertisements and just fell in love with this design. I love the plain and cursive fonts, the color scheme, the opacity changes of the blue bar, and how simple yet attractive this design is.

Vintage-Feel Photography

I've always liked older technology, and I especially like older photography. Though you probably don't plan on buying any of these, they are nice to look at and have a soft feel to them. Full Gallery Glow  - Andrew Millar Still Day I - Dan Lavric Candyfloss Beach - Nadia Attura

Concentration Ideas

Hi guys! As we start to think about what to do for our concentration pieces for AP, I wanted to share some ideas to get those creative juices flowing. The first image kind of has that fashion vibe to it with layers of patterns and textures. I love how it looks like there's fabric layered on the faces along with the different color schemes used. Each piece is very different, but they all stay with a similar theme. I see the next piece as if there are two different sides of the person showing. The left side is very harsh and her eye makeup is very dark to portray this side of her. It's almost as if she's exploding from the inside and out. On the opposite side, it looks like she's crying and there are very hard strokes used, maybe to define who she actually is? Overall this piece is very dramatic and could be an incredible concentration idea.

Its a stopmotion

Hey guys whats going on, this is a stop-motion short that I did, for right now it doesn't have any                            sound but i'm hoping to fix that soon, and any feed back on what I can                                       do to improve my animation would be awesome.

first post

I like the contrast of the powder in the air. Also how the uniform looks on the black background, and this is my favorite player LeBron James.

DIY Sharpie Art!

DIY projects are super fun! Everyone knows that, but you can turn your DIY projects from trashy to artsy.  With just a sharpie, here's a little inspiration to get you as exited as I am! :) For more information and Ideas, http://www.buzzfeed.com/pippa/34-things-you-can-make-with-a sharpie#.piml4Vl28

Digital Speed Painting

I came across this on YouTube and found it interesting and also very helpful to the project that we're working on now.

Photoshopped Reality

These photos are taken by Rachel Baran and then created by layering multiple pictures or using photoshop.   I love how there's such a contrast in the background and the focus of the pictures and how the pictures aren't "happy" photos but are ones that make you think about what message she's trying to get across. Digital Painting Inspiration

Hi everyone! This is a recreation of a still from the 1963 Disney movie "The Sword in the Stone". It was done in part by Tyson Murphy, using digital painting over top of the original image! I love the detail in this picture. The added touched like light, shadow, snowflakes, and even cracks in the sword all help to make this "painting" a really amazing image.

Natural Act

Welcome back to school I guess. This is a series of collages that was created by Istanbul artist Merve Özaslan. The title is "Natural Act", which is supposed to give a description of the mixture of nature and city life. I posted some pieces that used similar technique last year, because I think the mixture of black and white vintage photography and more modern patterns or landscape photos gives a really interesting composition and final product. The emphasis of the colors in the "background" photos really adds to the piece.

This is my FIRST post to blogger! So excited!

I'm posting this because for one this is my first time posting and this is true talent. I love his mixture of colors and the use of the paint. It is incredibly beautiful.
