Claudine O'Sullivan

So I was looking at some cool color pencil art when I came across Claudine's work. All of her pieces are vibrant and very colorful. They also all have a common flow and pattern to it and are never the actual colors of what she is drawing, which is what I like about it. You can check out her art at http://www.claudineosullivan.com/

Double Exposure

- I found these images while listening to music this week and I like them because of the double exposure used and how you can still see the defining features in the face.
Hi all, I'm Katrina Kessler and I'm here to dump some art that I find beautiful onto you! Once again, I have felt compelled to share portraits of human figures again. It's what I'm happiest with drawing, so naturally I feel happiest looking at art of it too. I love the way that these are drawn solely with black and white and with a messy feel. Even though the lines are a little wild, the artists still always manages to get the detailed emotion and realism across. The artist used chalk and charcoal to get the high contrast, putting them on tinted backgrounds to make the highlights stand out.  --- These extraordinary pieces are all created by Guy Denning.

Patience & Discipline

I found this piece that is made up of tiny little dots. It is crazy for me to think about how much time this would have taken. It is so beautiful and all of it is tiny little dots. From afar it looks just like a drawing but up close you can see how much time and effort when into it!

pop art fashion

I like this because it brings pop art into fashion, which is normally just a thing in comics. I like that they were able to bring pop art to life in the form of clothing. I also really like how the photographer used the background to enhance the pop art feel.

Jeremiah Morelli

As I was browsing through my Pinterest feed I stumbled upon this artist named Jeremiah Morelli. I like his work because it brings a lot of imagination to the table and his fantasy theme is very well done including a lot of detail. Here are some examples of his illustrations.

Geometric Digital Collages

I am obsessed with these compositions. The colors are very nice and I love the geometric shapes! I also like the multiple use of one image. Overall these digital collages are very well done.

3D drawing

I saw these drawings on pinterest and was really impressed by the shading and how life like the images are. I would love to see the artist's process in making these. I'm a little confused about how you would draw some of them. But I love these and they are really impressive.

Concept Art ( Doctor Who)

Sup, check out this cool concept art of my favorite T.V show, Doctor Who. Just look at the details, and see how all the colors blend in with each other. It looks just fantastic and looks great overall.
Hey everybody! This is a photo I took way back in the fall during the lens exploration project.  I was taking a series of random shots with the pancake lens and happened to catch this amazing shot on the stage!  I like how you can see the flare of the lamp in the back of the room as well as the refection on the stage.  Let me know what you think about it!

British Ships!

Hi everyone, I wanted to share my BPA 3D animation with you guys, but due to privacy of our video being in the internet, the next best thing are these screenshots of my ships from our video.  the theme was Boston Tea Party, so these are my replication of old english ships! Thanks!

People Typography

Hi all... I saw this neat typography idea on Pinterest and found it really interesting. The photographs of people within the type is such a unique idea. It really gives a different perspective rather than it just being letters and numbers.

VW

I almost forgot but then I didn't how nice and cool of me. Here are some of those tumblr things where they take band names or lyrics and put them on generic photos and it is cool sometimes but other times you are like no thank you. But this time it was cool I think. 1) Vampire Weekend is so good 10/10 would recommend. 2) The pastel colors are killing it in all honesty. That palette is all you need for the Easter season!!!!! 3) Kate Nash is subtly referenced in the last picture and she is really cool too, circa her earlier albums. This post is a lot about music I'm sorry. Also I put pictures of Chief Keef because he's iconic.

Bernie Sanders with a pancake on his head

This is a painting done by the artist Dan Lacey. I love this piece because of its comedic look at politics.

Holding Water

I saw this on Twitter a while ago and I really like how it's a mixture between photography of the actual hands and a drawing of water. The artist did an amazing job creating the water and I really like how the hands bring a new perspective to the whole picture.
I like this art piece because it reminds me of a digital painting in photoshop also the the contrast of colors that come together are very cool to me.
I love this picture because I love the use of the colors that seem to be exploding out of the laptop. It's very eye appealing but at the same time somewhat messy. I believe there is some symbolism behind this picture.

Melting With the Flow

The moon looks breathtaking in the little scenic creation. It appears to look as if the moon is really melting into the horizon as it spills down a waterfall. I think this was a really interesting idea and turned out beautifully!

Banksy

Banksy is an English-based graffiti artist, political activist and film director whose real identity is unknown. His work tests the limits of what people are comfortable talking about, but are always thinking.

Paint

The paint looks like it is bouncing off of a speaker and it looks really cool. The way that the paint forms could also show the type of music you listen to and show a story behind it. I would love to be able to try this.
