For my light photography project, I used a black light and neon paint. It was fun to experiment with what paints looked best, where to move the light for different looks and a bunch of other things that made all my pictures end up looking really different even though they might have been taken just seconds apart. Heres a few of the shots I ended up with!

Stranger Things Season 4 is going to be filming January through August. The cast of the show are going to be back in the 4th season. There was also a teaser for the 4th season with words saying "We're Not In Hawkins Anymore" which means that the 4th season won't be set in Hawkins, Indiana. Since last year was 1985 in season 3, season 4 will probably be set in the year 1986. I can't wait to see this new season when it comes to Netflix. Recently, I've been looking for new music to listen to, and one thing I like to do when I find a new artist is to look at their album artwork. I think that how they present their music is very interesting and can tell us a lot about their style. Here are some of my favorites that I've found recently. The top one is for a song called "Glitter" by Benee, the middle one is for the album "Honeymoon" by Beach Bunny, and the last one is for a song called "Just Exist" by Eliza & the Delusionals. I love the different techniques used in all of them, and how it can help to tell the story of a song/album.

The costume design is just absolute perfection. First you have the dresses that all the girls wear that is perfectly historically accurate. Second, the directors choice on how to tell the story through flashbacks is genius. Lastly, the sets are stunning. Mr. Laurence's library in his house is so beautiful and so is his music room. Whether you follow basketball or not you’ve probably heard the name Kobe Bryant. On January 26th, 2020 Kobe passed in a helicopter crash along with his 13 year old daughter Gianna and 7 other victims. This tragedy has shaken the world. Kobe was a hero to so many people and players around the world. There are many tributes dedicated to Kobe and his daughter whether that be in street art, art shown through the media, articles, and even short films. Like the one that one an Oscar in 2018 called “Dear Basketball.” This film was originally created when Kobe decided to retire from the game he loved so much. It has since resurfaced as many of the words and graphics relate to his passing and pull the heartstrings even more than it may have in the past context. The animation is so well done and truly illustrates Kobe’s life up until his retirement. Kobe will be missed along with the other 8 beautiful lives lost in such a sudden tragedy. Go give someone you love a hug. You truly never know

Juice WRLD was a very popular star in the hip-hop scene. He started out with an album called Goodbye & Good Riddance that was a response to a breakup he had which got him very famous. His biggest hit that blew him up was Lucid Dreams, but there was also others such as All Girls Are The Same and Lean Wit Me. That album was released at the end of 2017 and he released a new album in the summer of 2019 called, "Death Race for Love." This album talks about all his struggles and demons and how he's been able to conquer and defeat them was a team with is new girlfriend Ally Lotti. Sadly, he passed away on December 8th, 2019 due to an accidental overdose on his way back to Chicago for a party to celebrate his birthday.

This trend of having milk bath photoshoots has recently become very popular and a lot of people have been having their own milk bath photoshoots at home because of how much of a online sensation it has become. People pour milk into their bathtubs and different types of flowers or fruit to create that perfectly aesthetically pleasing environment for a photoshoot.                                              

Last weekend I saw the movie 1917, which was directed by Sam Mendes. What enticed me about this movie was how the movie seemed to be filmed in one shot. Recently on Jimmy Fallon, the main actor George Mackay said that it actually wasn't, but they wanted to give the movie that illusion. The movie is about two military soldiers who are tasked to deliver a message that could potentially save over 1600 soldiers. The movie starts out slow, but as it continues you start to root for the main character and feel their internal struggles. This movie has won two golden globes, and I would say is one of the best movies on 2019. If you haven't seen, you should take a day to go the movies.

Hello everyone! I am back on this blog to post once again! This time I'm posting a screenshot someone took in the dinosaur video game "The Isle".In this screenshot, you can see a group of Dryosaurus, Utahraptors, and Allosaurus watching a fight between a Hypodocrin Tyrannosaurus and a Hypodocrin Giganotosaurus at an abandoned construction site.

The Mahou Shoujo Madoka Magica series got its start on February 12th of 2011, which is when the first volume of the manga was released. The manga series soon gained such an immense amount of popularity that an anime and novel adaptation was announced for the series. Both were released later in 2011.  Years later, a game under the name of Magia Record was released. Many fans were thrilled to see new content from the franchise, but due to the fact that this addition to the franchise was released years later and the popularity had died down, many fans doubted the game would receive an anime adaptation. However, they were wrong and an anime adaptation was announced! The anime adaptation began airing on January 5th, 2020 and is airing as we speak. Be sure to check it out! The beautiful world of Jeffree Star is a documentary web series created by a famous youtuber named Shane Dawson. The series follows Dawson and Star as they plan to launch their own makeup collection together called the "Conspiracy collection" that consists of a large Palette and a mini palette called the "Mini Controversy." The line also includes various lipsticks, makeup bags, and so many other forms of merchandise. Production of the series began in January 2019. The trailer was released on September 24th, 2019, and the series has gained over 10 million views per episode. The full conspiracy collection launched on November 1st this past year, and they sold out of every single unit!!

Broken is a song by Anson Seabra who isn't really well known but is very talented. His songs have very good art work for their covers and the songs themselves are just so good and very easy to relate to.

The album cover of grace by surfaces shows a kitchen in a house with a door that goes outside to the beach. Not only do I love this song I also love the cover because its so simple. I also love the pastel colors I think it really matches there music.

This is a contemporary art piece by someone I found on Pinterest by the name of "John Nutt". I like contemporary art pieces that don't make sense and make people question why they're even a thing. J. Colby Smith is the creator of 108 Studios. His concept is; piercing, and jewelry minimalism combined with an  individualized experience. "I'm interested in helping people unlock their self-love and connect in a meaningful level". Colby's passion for personalized service and comforting demeanor earned rave reviews in fashion and culture publications. I really like his style in piercings because its very simple and minimal but elegant at the same time. I feel like sometimes we forget that there are other types of canvases for our art work. People show their work through tattoos and even piercings. I feel like this type of art is overlooked a lot and judged harshly, when in reality its only a way people express themselves. A place on my bucket list that I want to visit is Galaxy's Edge in Disney World at Hollywood Studios. One of my draws to this location is the unique and creative merchandise. Simple Hoodies like the one below are creative and, yet, distinctly Star Wars One of my favorite Star Wars designs are the lightsaber pins. You chose one of these "themes" to build your lightsaber and your parts. The pins are all different and a cool souvenir to remember what theme you chose. Even the drinks are themed.  (I actually own one of these cokes) There are so many beautifully designed products that make you feel like you're in a galaxy far,far away, but actually are from Florida.

Over the last month or so, my siblings have returned from college and we had time to catch up on life with each other. One way we do this is by playing various Wii games. This ranges from Mario Kart, to Super Smash Bros. to Super Mario Galaxy. That last one is by far my favorite. SMG is such a hidden gem in so many ways. It brings all of me and my siblings so much nostalgia and good memories, but what makes the game stand out to me the most is the soundtrack. Every single song composed by Koji Kondo is an absolute masterpiece. Each song either has you in a hyped up, motivated, in a good mood, chill, emotional, or nostalgic feeling. Its crazy how such an old game can bring out the best of people by just the soundtrack, this goes to show how great the game is, and I miss being 8 years old and being able to come home after doing nothing at school and grinding this game out.

"The Crown" is a historical drama series on Netflix about Queen Elizabeth Ⅱand her rise to power. Not only is this series entertaining, but it's also beautifully made. The insight it gives you into the very real struggles Elizbeth faces not only as Queen but as a person made me gain so much more respect for me. To keep the timeline realistic, the team recast all of the characters to show their aging without having to use special effects or makeup. I think this is a really interesting idea. Are there any shows that you think are particularly well made?  

    Mac Miller died in September of 2018 to a drug overdose. Miller made a lot of hip hop music, a lot of it pertaining to mental illness and his personal struggles. On January 9th of this year however, Miller's label released one of his project songs called "Good News" that talked about the struggle of being popular in the public eye. The art associated with this song also caught my eye, it is a double exposure shot which I thought was interesting. I knew that it had been an AP DMA project so I liked that I could see one of its application in a professional setting. 

I was looking for artists with a comic style when I found this artist who goes by EmptyFeet online.  They make animations and some speedpaints and I really liked their art style. I love this art because it is a cute style on the characters from this movie. I thought this movie was awesome, and the way the artist drew the characters portrays their personality.

I I really liked this painting because the colors are so vibrant and its so unique to the style of the art.

This is the Xbox Series X, the next generation of Microsoft's well-known gaming console. For a while, people have been speculating what the next Xbox what would be capable of. Recently, at the 2019 Game Awards, the new Xbox was unveiled. Microsoft claims the new console, releasing at the end of 2020, will be twice as powerful as their latest version of the Xbox One, the Xbox One X. This new model is confirmed to be able to run up to 120 frames per second and has ray-tracing technology. While this is quite revolutionary for console gamers, the PC community isn't impressed with the new capabilities, as computers have been able to do both for a long time. Also, there is only one big game so far that could attract the attention of people to this console, that being Halo Infinite ; however, Halo is confirmed to no longer be an Xbox exclusive. Therefore, Halo Infinite will also be available on the PC and the Xbox One. It's questionable whether or not the Xbox Series X is worth

The rvisual transition pack has 50 different transition that can be used on 8 different frame rates. It makes transitions easy with the drag and drop system. Davinci Resolve uses a node system to make effects this pack presets these nodes so it cuts your work in half. The pack also come with sound destined individually for each transition. Overall this pack will mach your videos more professional and make your production time much shorter

this week everyone is finishing up their projects for BPA. We've been working on them for awhile now and it's cool to see all of our ideas come to life through our projects. I'm working on a promotional design poster, and video about Pink Ribbon Girls.  

Here the cover for the single, "Angels", by Chance the Rapper is shown. The combination of colors in the background that make up the sky are very visually pleasing. The sun in the center catch the eye and bring the whole cover together. Overall I really like the cover for this single.

An Instagram artist who goes by the name Humid peach, one of my favorites, has a very distinct style and she specializes in watercolor. I think her work is beautiful and very inspiring- here are a few examples of her work.

For awhile now, I've been making cupcakes for my friends birthday parties for free. Over winter break I decided it was time to get my name out there and make an Instagram account and start taking orders.
