What I want my work to accomplish and what I want it to be

This is a very good videos along with most videos by The School of Life. I want the art I make to help some people in some way. To help them learn something new, understand mine and different perspectives, to listen to themselves. If not that I at least want to leave them thinking about something they would't have noticed otherwise. Sometimes i can loose focus of what I want to portray. I've been in a creative lull ever since I've been becoming more social. I don't know if those 2 have a connection but it may be that I have less time to be with myself and my thoughts.... Anyway, I found this video “The Ultimate Guide to Inspiration”  and it's motivated me to push myself out of my comfort zone in the name of inspiration and self discovery :)          - Nora Combs
This is a picture of Cincinnati that I found on the internet. I love the colors that the photographer used in this because I feel like it really captures and represents the city at night time. My favorite part of this photo is the sky because it is not as bright compared to the city but i feel like the pink clouds are over looked and not truly appreciated in real life. you can tell the photographer took this in Kentucky but only people who have visited or been to cincy know that.

Sick edit

I think this image is so cool, I love the cartoon effect people do to photos of actual people and I want to learn how to it really bad.

New York Skyscraper

I really like this photo because it shows how far we have come and how much we have accomplished. The thing I have always liked about this photo is that it isn't photo shopped or fake and is a piece of history.
At the end of this summer I went on a cruise to Cozumel and Costa Maya in Mexico. It was a 5 day cruise on the Carnival Fantasy ship and it was such a fun way to kick off my senior year. Here's 9 pictures out of like the 9,000 I took, just of some views from the ship, Cozumel's ocean view and Costa Maya's ocean view.

Drone Shots

For my first blog post this year I will be sharing some drone shots from my vacation over the summer. These shots were taken at Wilmington Beach in North Carolina during the sunrise. Faze Up.
France For my first blog, I would like to share my experience in the summer. And that is my trip to France. France was very beautiful and full of vibrant people and culture. I was able to get amazing photos from France. I loved France and the food, It was a trip I will never forget.

My inspiration

I like the simple things. Sometimes they are what bring out the best ideas. Simple quotes, simple pictures, and simple people. Each thing has its own charm, and each impacts the viewer differently. It's what I love about art. Everyone sees the world through their own lenses. I like to look through different ones, and see how it effects my own, what new things I can see. Inspiration is what you make of the world around you, what you decide to let touch your heart and your mind. The world is a beautiful place. Make the best of what you see, and let your heart tell you what's right, not your mind. The most beautiful creations, start in inspiration.

New York

So I went on a trip to New York this past weekend and I was really inspired by the city atmosphere and being around all of it made me want to take pictures. What really inspires me after taking these pictures, was that I could tell a story by a single picture.

Careers in Digital Media

I never realized how many career opportunities were available for digital media.  Lots of new jobs emerge as technology advances.  This can inspire you to work hard in class to make it to this level.   http://www.onlinecollegereport.com/what-can-you-do-with-a-digital-media-degree/

Inspiration...

I decided to use this because I found it very interesting to look at, and while it's not my particular style I still find it somewhat inspirational. More work by this artist: https://www.behance.net/muralimeera
RAWr by: Mart Biemans This is an image of whats called "Glitch Art". It's composed of what would be called a glitch on a computer. This image inspired me because the artist that created this would have had to spend an extensive amount of time the get the shape of the tiger to form using these glitches.
This is a picture I took awhile back, I really liked how it portrayed the clouds in the back through the trees and i liked the color of the sky.
Since we are working on layers for our photos that we have taken ourselves, it was closely tied to concept art. This I though was interesting concept art from BF 1, which is known for its amazing visuals and concept arts that go behind ithttps://www.reddit.com/r/battlefield_one/comments/53f0tp/francebattle_of_verdun_will_be_the_first_dlc/

Nightmare Before Christmas Animation

This video shows the 3 year process behind the making of Tim Burton's "The Nightmare Before Christmas". The movie was created with a stop motion animation technique which I find extremely interesting. I grew up watching this movie and was always fascinated with the way it was put together. The complicated, time consuming, hard work that was put into this stop motion movie resulted in a true masterpiece.

Florida - Cooper Hahn

This is a video that was shot and edited by myself during my week long vacation in Destin, Florida. I chose to use this video for my blog because its something that means a lot to me. The point of this video is to emphasize the little things in life like nature, scenery, family and friendship. To me life is full of blessings, so I decided to capture a few of them in this video. Hope you enjoy!

Does horse is ography scan?

Since we are doing a project with scanography, I wanted to share this amazing picture of a creepy horse with long legs. I think it's very unique and the best thing ever. Also, I like how this was created with scanography. The picture opens my mind to more creative ways of making something into art that I didn't realize. I hope the images I create with this project make someone feel the same way. Consensus: Horse is does ography scan. Says comments in if agrees?

Noel Badges Pugh

Noel B. Pugh has some oddly disturbing art pieces but they are also very interesting to look at and each one has a special message behind it.
