I like the simple things. Sometimes they are what bring out the best ideas. Simple quotes, simple pictures, and simple people. Each thing has its own charm, and each impacts the viewer differently. It's what I love about art. Everyone sees the world through their own lenses. I like to look through different ones, and see how it effects my own, what new things I can see. Inspiration is what you make of the world around you, what you decide to let touch your heart and your mind. The world is a beautiful place. Make the best of what you see, and let your heart tell you what's right, not your mind. The most beautiful creations, start in inspiration.
This is my last blog post for my senior year, so I'd like to say that I am so glad I took DMA classes throughout high school. I've learned so much and I wouldn't be where I am today without my experiences in the classes. I will be attending the Savannah College of Art and Design this coming fall and I couldn't be more excited. I'm thinking about majoring and working in the film industry, however, I will be pursuing all and any forms of art in the future as well. From a fellow artist: take the opportunities that you are given and work hard doing what you love. I feel your words are special and spoken from the depths of your heart. The pure honesty is plain in your writing, and I think that's beautiful. It's hard to see the simplicity in things as complicated as life, and it's comforting to know that someone can see the good in the world.
