The new game "Among us" has taken the videogame world by storm. Also this game is very interesting to me. I just think its neat that ever if the art of the game or the animation is very little that people can still enjoy it like its a really sharp ended game. I love the game and I love the way the creators animated it and its awesome how they did something new or a style that hasn't really been recognized before.
It is so cool. It shows that a game doesn’t have to have good graphics to be fun.

ReplyDeleteIt's interesting that a game which came out in 2017 was able to gather such a following after 3 years of absolute obscurity, just through the use of sites such as Twitch and YouTube with creators on those platforms able to get tens of thousands of viewers at a time. While I don't particullary have an opinion on the game I can't deny it has been a massive success for InnerSloth and I am interested to see how long this game stays popular.

ReplyDeleteAmong us so simple in design yet it became so popular through YouTube and Twitch. It is crazy how some games of such simplicity can gain such popular so quickly. The game isn't that great graphicly and the concept is simple but yet so addicting and entertaining. The game is fun and the art style is simple, it just shows not everything has to be flashy in order to become popular.

ReplyDeleteThe design is so simple, and I think that's part of the appeal. If someone doesn't like the art style it's less likely for someone to play it. Games are such a visual thing, as much as an interactive one.
