One thing I have always found interesting is Cartography. For those of you who don't know, Cartography is the art of making maps. If you have any interest in Cartography whatsoever I suggest you look at @unnecessarymaps on Instagram. They make maps with interesting facts on them that I enjoy reading. Here are some examples:
