Stranger Things

If you've seen the new Stranger Things series on Netflix, you're probably hooked and recognize this character, Eleven, standing against the letter wall. I found this fan art on Pinterest/Tumblr and love the painting technique and loose style of the background. I also love the emotion and high contrast of shadows on the side of her face.

    I personally love a more loose painting style especially in digital works. I think it helps add a lot more emotion. I love how dark she is in contrast with the background.

This is my last blog post for my senior year, so I'd like to say that I am so glad I took DMA classes throughout high school. I've learned so much and I wouldn't be where I am today without my experiences in the classes. I will be attending the Savannah College of Art and Design this coming fall and I couldn't be more excited.
