Otto Schmidt- Favorite Comic Book Artist

 As an avid comics reader, I see a lot of digital art. One of my favorites is Otto Schmidt. His style is super light and airy, compared to other comics artists. He draws Black Canary from DC Comics a lot who is one of my favorites. He also did a lot the art for Green Arrow Rebirth, which is one of my favorite comic runs.

    I like the overall comic book art styles, but I really like this specific style too. The sharp edges and the blended shadows make for a nice "realistic" comic book look.

    Its amazing how some people like Otto Schmidt can draw people and it actually looks really good!

This is my last blog post for my senior year, so I'd like to say that I am so glad I took DMA classes throughout high school. I've learned so much and I wouldn't be where I am today without my experiences in the classes. I will be attending the Savannah College of Art and Design this coming fall and I couldn't be more excited.
