Birds of Prey

The brand new movie called Birds of Prey has just released there first official movie trailer. This movie about Harley Quinn (played by Margot Robbie) who has reasonly split with the love of her life, the Joker. Post breakup, Harley teams up with Black Carney(played by Journee Smollett-Bell),Huntress (played by Mary Elizabeth Winstead),and Renee Montoya (played by Rosie Perez) to save a young girl named Cassandra Cane (played by Ella Jay Basco) from the sinister Black Mask ( played by Ewan McGregor). This movie is set to release in theaters on February 7th, 2020 with an R rating.

    I'm a huge Black Canary fan in the comics so, I'm super excited for her to get her big screen treatment!

This is my last blog post for my senior year, so I'd like to say that I am so glad I took DMA classes throughout high school. I've learned so much and I wouldn't be where I am today without my experiences in the classes. I will be attending the Savannah College of Art and Design this coming fall and I couldn't be more excited. Malena Bozzini         Malena Bozzini is a sophomore college student studying psychology. As her passion she is an artist. Her work is so original and abstract in order to dramatize her figures. She creates art out of emotion and uses her feelings to choose color and shape. One of the most interesting facts is that all of her pieces are done with colored pencils. Her art is so expressive that each piece gives out its own vibe. What makes her art unique is that it is inspired by motion and gestures.
