Double exposure shots are extremely intriguing, in my opinion. I know that they're really simple, but to me they usually turn out beautiful. Most of the ones I've seen combine a human with different aspect of life, such as nature (like the one above) or a city scape.
This one stuck out to me especially because of the soft edges and warm tint, which was different from the usual black and white. The way everything blends together is stunning. I'm just in love with this.

  1. I love this too! The pink tone makes it a lot different than typical double exposures. In the middle of the image on the right, the artist did a really good job of blending the leaves and the hair together. It's all so well done!

  2. I really like the color tones in this picture. The light pink isn't too over powering of the darker browns. It's also a nice contrast between that and the blank background.

  3. This is so gorgeous! This is probably one of my favorite color pallets of all time! Nudes and pinks are always an amazing combination!

Last Blog Post

This is my last blog post for my senior year, so I'd like to say that I am so glad I took DMA classes throughout high school. I've learned so much and I wouldn't be where I am today without my experiences in the classes. I will be attending the Savannah College of Art and Design this coming fall and I couldn't be more excited. I'm thinking about majoring and working in the film industry, however, I will be pursuing all and any forms of art in the future as well. From a fellow artist: take the opportunities that you are given and work hard doing what you love. Malena Bozzini         Malena Bozzini is a sophomore college student studying psychology. As her passion she is an artist. Her work is so original and abstract in order to dramatize her figures. She creates art out of emotion and uses her feelings to choose color and shape. One of the most interesting facts is that all of her pieces are done with colored pencils. Her art is so expressive that each piece gives out its own vibe. What makes her art unique is that it is inspired by motion and gestures. It is amazing how she developed such a style at such a young age.  Instagram @ malenabozzini
