Graphics then and now

So, while I was on thanksgiving break, I bought a nintendo 64. I was just sitting around and playing some super smash bros., and I just thought "wow, what a long way video games have come." Years ago when technology was low on the n64, compared to now with the Wii U, there is a huge difference. The graphics are incredible these days compared to the art of generations ago. I think we are getting really close to making video games seem like real life. Here are some examples of graphic comparison SSB N64

  1. I agree the graphics sure have improved. I've seen major improvements like in Halo. My brother pays close attention to the graphics in games. Just loves them, and the games.

  2. We have to ask ourselves though, when graphics get to the point when they can't get maxed any further, what new direction will we take?

Last Blog Post

This is my last blog post for my senior year, so I'd like to say that I am so glad I took DMA classes throughout high school. I've learned so much and I wouldn't be where I am today without my experiences in the classes. I will be attending the Savannah College of Art and Design this coming fall and I couldn't be more excited. I'm thinking about majoring and working in the film industry, however, I will be pursuing all and any forms of art in the future as well. From a fellow artist: take the opportunities that you are given and work hard doing what you love. Malena Bozzini         Malena Bozzini is a sophomore college student studying psychology. As her passion she is an artist. Her work is so original and abstract in order to dramatize her figures. She creates art out of emotion and uses her feelings to choose color and shape. One of the most interesting facts is that all of her pieces are done with colored pencils. Her art is so expressive that each piece gives out its own vibe. What makes her art unique is that it is inspired by motion and gestures. It is amazing how she developed such a style at such a young age.  Instagram @ malenabozzini

The Art Of Trevor Henderson

Hello everyone! today I'm going to talk about one of my favorite Instagram artists, Trevor Henderson! The reason why I like Trevor Henderson's art is that I really like how disturbing and creepy is art is. Here are a few examples of some of his art.
