I shoot mostly on 35mm film, especially when I do portraits like I did this weekend with Chloe Bernard and Addie Jelinek. I've been using old Canon lens from the 50's onto my newer camera since it's much easier to use than the original Canon IV Rangefinder camera the lens belongs to. It's awesome for doing portraits because it's sharp, easy to use, and the depth of field looks amazing. Here's some of what I got this weekend:
This is my last blog post for my senior year, so I'd like to say that I am so glad I took DMA classes throughout high school. I've learned so much and I wouldn't be where I am today without my experiences in the classes. I will be attending the Savannah College of Art and Design this coming fall and I couldn't be more excited. I'm thinking about majoring and working in the film industry, however, I will be pursuing all and any forms of art in the future as well. ReplyDeletethese are sooo good, love how 35mm looks, especially with the style that the models went for.
ReplyDeleteI love these so much. I really want to start shooting on film because the look is something everyone wants to recreate with digital photography, but there is nothing like the real thing.
ReplyDeleteI really like the vintage vibe coming from these photos.
