Animation from "The Dance of the Sugar Plum Fairy"

This is an animation to "The Dance of the Sugar Plum Fairy" from The Nutcracker. I find it interesting that the animator create a sort of track from the sheet music. The timing of the animations flows flawlessly with the music. It is pleasing to watch while maintaining a very interesting concept.

    This is a really cool video. The design is very simple, but the animations and music flow really well together. Also the guys riding the sleds are pretty neat.

This is my last blog post for my senior year, so I'd like to say that I am so glad I took DMA classes throughout high school. I've learned so much and I wouldn't be where I am today without my experiences in the classes. Malena Bozzini         Malena Bozzini is a sophomore college student studying psychology. As her passion she is an artist. Her work is so original and abstract in order to dramatize her figures. She creates art out of emotion and uses her feelings to choose color and shape. One of the most interesting facts is that all of her pieces are done with colored pencils. Her art is so expressive that each piece gives out its own vibe. What makes her art unique is that it is inspired by motion and gestures.
