Eugenia Loli - digital collage artist

I know my last blog post was also about another digital collage artist, but considering it's the medium I want to use for my concentration, deal with it. ;)

This artist is named Eugenia Loli and she takes photos of people (typically vintage photos) and creates a surreal collage environment around them. Below are some of my favorite works of hers, and here is her website!

    These images are really interesting, I like the use of colours and vastly different images to create something that seems to make sense.

    These photographs are very eye-catching and unique! I like the way Loli composes them using vintage pictures. The surrealism of them all is very interesting and thought-provoking.

    The composition of these photos are extremely interesting to me. The contrast between the vintage photos and the surreal elements create pieces that are eye-catching.

This is my last blog post for my senior year, so I'd like to say that I am so glad I took DMA classes throughout high school. I've learned so much and I wouldn't be where I am today without my experiences in the classes. I will be attending the Savannah College of Art and Design this coming fall and I couldn't be more excited. I'm thinking about majoring and working in the film industry, however, I will be pursuing all and any forms of art in the future as well. Speed Painting

This a painting made in Photoshop by a guy who goes by the name " The Concept Painter " on Youtube. He does lots of Photoshop speed painting videos and also air brush videos. This particular painting took him 3.5 hours to complete and was made using a drawing tablet similar to the ones we use in our class.

Bye For Now DMA

      Well since I'm a senior, then this is probably going to be my last blog post. Next year, I am going to do the Digital Design program at the Warren County Career Center for college credit, so I'm still going to do some DMA stuff after graduation. It's been very cool to be making cool stuff here and I'll miss you guys and I know your going to miss me and my dog Max.
