Image result for painting of greta in la on the buildingIn Los Angeles they are painting a 6 story tall picture of the girl Gretta Thunberg from the climate summit. Personally, I am all for climate activism and wanting to preserve our world by changing our carbon foot print, but a 6 foot painting of this girl releases more carbon infused toxins into the atmosphere than a semi truck going from LA to Arizona. They are using spray paint for it. But, to each their own, I just don't think THAT is solving much.

This is my last blog post for my senior year, so I'd like to say that I am so glad I took DMA classes throughout high school. I've learned so much and I wouldn't be where I am today without my experiences in the classes. I will be attending the Savannah College of Art and Design this coming fall and I couldn't be more excited. Malena Bozzini         Malena Bozzini is a sophomore college student studying psychology. As her passion she is an artist. Her work is so original and abstract in order to dramatize her figures. She creates art out of emotion and uses her feelings to choose color and shape. One of the most interesting facts is that all of her pieces are done with colored pencils. Her art is so expressive that each piece gives out its own vibe. What makes her art unique is that it is inspired by motion and gestures.
