FINE LINE

Hi, it's me, back with your monthly Harry Styles update. Three days ago Harry announced that he will be dropping his second album on December 13th. If anyone is down to have a album drop party lmk  Ill bring refreshments. We are very excited for this album. It's about to be the best work of art you've ever heard. Calling it now. "Kiwi walked so Watermelon could run." He released the album cover to his Instagram. "It looks like he's in a Chubble!" says Mrs. Shields, referring to those inflatable bubbles that you can get in and walk on water in. She also pointed out that it gives off circus vibes. I'm here for it though. Harry is always doing the most and surpassing all of our expectations with his every move. You never know whats next. Thank you and see you next month when I follow with the album review. :)

Last Blog Post

This is my last blog post for my senior year, so I'd like to say that I am so glad I took DMA classes throughout high school. I've learned so much and I wouldn't be where I am today without my experiences in the classes. I will be attending the Savannah College of Art and Design this coming fall and I couldn't be more excited. I'm thinking about majoring and working in the film industry, however, I will be pursuing all and any forms of art in the future as well. From a fellow artist: take the opportunities that you are given and work hard doing what you love. Speed Painting

This a painting made in Photoshop by a guy who goes by the name " The Concept Painter " on Youtube. He does lots of Photoshop speed painting videos and also air brush videos. This particular painting took him 3.5 hours to complete and was made using a drawing tablet similar to the ones we use in our class.

Another Comic Book Artist (Woo!): Annie Wu

If you have talked to me for more than one minute, I am a huge nerd. So, I am making another post about comic book artists. This time it's Annie Wu. She's a comic book artists who lives in Chicago, and is one of my inspiration artists for my sustained investigation. A lot of her work is dramatic with deep and dark lines with bold colors which is makes style perfect for where I first found her work. I first saw her work in the Black Canary book in 2017. Eventually, I will talk about Marvel comic book artists, but not today. If you want to check out more of her work, here is her website:  https://www.anniewuart.com/
