This is my last blog post for my senior year, so I'd like to say that I am so glad I took DMA classes throughout high school. I've learned so much and I wouldn't be where I am today without my experiences in the classes. I will be attending the Savannah College of Art and Design this coming fall and I couldn't be more excited. I'm thinking about majoring and working in the film industry, however, I will be pursuing all and any forms of art in the future as well. From a fellow artist: take the opportunities that you are given and work hard doing what you love. A collection of inspiration...
thats really cool! I think the part that makes it is that the whole road isn't wet, just part of it.
ReplyDeleteI agree with Jack. I also like how the image uses depth to show that the guy is swimming, and makes it more interesting to look at because the road goes off the page, and the guy is swimming on the right side, just like a car would be driving down the road. I like how the photo is an action shot, this way it portrays movement to show that the guy is actively moving, and determined on going somewhere.
ReplyDeleteWHOA. This is incredible, I like how you can't see the rest of his body, it looks like he's actually in the road.
ReplyDeleteI love this picture, as soon as i saw it, the oddness caught my eye and made me wonder if i could make something like this.
ReplyDeleteThis is an amazing piece of art that really caught me off guard when I saw it. I agree with Mackenzie, I like how his whole body isn't showing because it makes the photo and the road appear to be much more dramatic.
