This is my last blog post for my senior year, so I'd like to say that I am so glad I took DMA classes throughout high school. I've learned so much and I wouldn't be where I am today without my experiences in the classes. I will be attending the Savannah College of Art and Design this coming fall and I couldn't be more excited. I'm thinking about majoring and working in the film industry, however, I will be pursuing all and any forms of art in the future as well. A collection of inspiration...
I like this kind of artwork because it's different. It shows that images can be composed many different ways and that there is not a right or wrong way to produce a piece of art. I also like this because of the way the shapes are used to create color and texture throughout the art. Very creative!
ReplyDeletethat is cool and i like how everything i learned in geometry can be applied to something real. i also like how the contour lines are still visible
ReplyDeleteWOW! These are stunning! symmetry is naturally more attractive to the human eye, but these pictures give you a different outlook on the human composition!
ReplyDeleteThis image stuck out to me because of the overall simplicity of the shading and contours made up from the geometric shapes. Even without the color, you would probably be able to tell that it's a person because the shapes blovk out the image and contours.
