Great Dance Photography

I found this guy on Instagram. He shoots amazing dance photography. I really love how most of his pictures have a center of focus on the dancer and the rest is either blank or blurry. I also love the different angles and unique positions of the dancers.

  1. I really liked the two images you chose because they both showed how the photographer chose to highlight the dancer, but in different ways. Since the first one has just the silhouette with a colorful background but the second is the opposite with the plain black background but the colorful dancer and with water to draw your eye.

Last Blog Post

This is my last blog post for my senior year, so I'd like to say that I am so glad I took DMA classes throughout high school. I've learned so much and I wouldn't be where I am today without my experiences in the classes. I will be attending the Savannah College of Art and Design this coming fall and I couldn't be more excited. I'm thinking about majoring and working in the film industry, however, I will be pursuing all and any forms of art in the future as well.
