styrofoam art

This was made for a dear friend who recently passed. This piece is made completely out of finely cut pieces of styrofoam. They were all colored and put together very meticulously. The artist began this just for fun one day a few years ago and it is now a profession of his.

    Awh that's such a cool piece! Everything about it is awesome. That was very cool of them to do for Sid and I bet it meant so much to his family. He would have definitely loved this. Who made it ?

This is my last blog post for my senior year, so I'd like to say that I am so glad I took DMA classes throughout high school. I've learned so much and I wouldn't be where I am today without my experiences in the classes. I will be attending the Savannah College of Art and Design this coming fall and I couldn't be more excited. I'm thinking about majoring and working in the film industry, however, I will be pursuing all and any forms of art in the future as well. Malena Bozzini         Malena Bozzini is a sophomore college student studying psychology. As her passion she is an artist. Her work is so original and abstract in order to dramatize her figures. She creates art out of emotion and uses her feelings to choose color and shape. One of the most interesting facts is that all of her pieces are done with colored pencils. Her art is so expressive that each piece gives out its own vibe. What makes her art unique is that it is inspired by motion and gestures.
