Hey guys, it's Ash Schweinlin (aka whoever the hell). This last year of school has been pretty much a waste of time except for AP DMA. This class was one of the most fun classes I've ever taken in high school. I had a blast and I've had the opportunity to create a whole bunch of art, some that i wouldn't have been able to create otherwise.

This autumn I'm going to Ohio State University to study Japanese and some sort of art (面白いだね〜). I plan on using OSU's abroad programs to jump oversees and live full time in Japan to work as a magazine artist. I'm really looking forward to experiencing a new culture. I think it'll be a huge creativity boost!

Before I'm gone for like forever, I really wanna thank Mrs. Shields and Mrs. Barnes for everything they've done to help me artistically. I'm the kind of person who doesn't finish anything, so without their help I probably couldn't have made it to where I am now. See you guys!!

Last Blog Post

This is my last blog post for my senior year, so I'd like to say that I am so glad I took DMA classes throughout high school. I've learned so much and I wouldn't be where I am today without my experiences in the classes. I will be attending the Savannah College of Art and Design this coming fall and I couldn't be more excited. I'm thinking about majoring and working in the film industry, however, I will be pursuing all and any forms of art in the future as well. From a fellow artist: take the opportunities that you are given and work hard doing what you love. Speed Painting

This a painting made in Photoshop by a guy who goes by the name " The Concept Painter " on Youtube. He does lots of Photoshop speed painting videos and also air brush videos. This particular painting took him 3.5 hours to complete and was made using a drawing tablet similar to the ones we use in our class.

Bye For Now DMA

Well since I'm a senior, then this is probably going to be my last blog post. Next year, I am going to do the Digital Design program at the Warren County Career Center for college credit, so I'm still going to do some DMA stuff after graduation. It's been very cool to be making cool stuff here and I'll miss you guys and I know your going to miss me and my dog Max.
