On social media, side-by-side photos comparing runway fashion to various paintings have become increasingly popular. Fashion itself is an art form that takes so much inspiration from other artworks, and whether or not these particular examples were intentional, they're fascinating to look at nonetheless. I, personally, feel very artistically/aesthetically inspired when I look at photos of various fashions, so this was especially interesting to me.
Those are really pretty! That would make for a sweet concentration if you reversed that and did a digital painting based on traditional clothes. Love the color schemes!

ReplyDeleteI think it's really creative how the designers incorporated those elements to their work, but I can't really say if I like it just because of the paintings and everything like I don't know if I like the idea of not having original colors for your own designs but I like the idea of it.
