For my illustrator artist presentation I choose Yo Az he mainly works on animals and people but what stuck out to me was how he makes his work look mechanical or robotic it looks unique to me hope you enjoy his work like I do☺️

    I really like the edgy design that creates that robotic effect. I also like the how color is only used on certain parts to make them stand out where they otherwise wouldn't have.

    I like the cool color scheme and the contrast between the grays and the pops of yellow and crimson. The symmetry adds to the somewhat robotic feeling his pieces give off.

    I really like all the separations of colors and how all the different shapes are made into on big picture.

Last Blog Post

This is my last blog post for my senior year, so I'd like to say that I am so glad I took DMA classes throughout high school. I've learned so much and I wouldn't be where I am today without my experiences in the classes. I will be attending the Savannah College of Art and Design this coming fall and I couldn't be more excited. I'm thinking about majoring and working in the film industry, however, I will be pursuing all and any forms of art in the future as well. From a fellow artist: take the opportunities that you are given and work hard doing what you love. Bye For Now DMA

      Well since I'm a senior, then this is probably going to be my last blog post. Next year, I am going to do the Digital Design program at the Warren County Career Center for college credit, so I'm still going to do some DMA stuff after graduation. It's been very cool to be making cool stuff here and I'll miss you guys and I know your going to miss me and my dog Max.

Mad Max: Fury Road - Storyboard to Screen

One of my favorite films is Mad Max: Fury Road. There is practically no dialogue in the entire movie, so when George Miller sat down to write the film, he decided that it would be better to hire a team of people to storyboard his vision. Script to Screen is a Twitter page that compares the film to its screenplay, but here the storyboards from Fury Road are compared to the scenes, and it is so fascinating to watch.
