A couple of days ago it was announced that the matrix trilogy would be getting a fourth installment. The original trilogy at the time was a breakthrough for 3D animation technology and innovation. Hopefully this fourth installment holds up better than other fourth installments.
I think that it is interesting that they would decide to make a fourth after wrapping the third up so tightly. It'll be interesting to see what new story line they come up with after they finished the story of the first three so completely.
