Artist Fabian Oefner produced a series of sculptures entitled, CutUp, where he sliced up cameras and suspended them in resin. This gives viewers a unique experience to see the intricate mechanics of the cameras. I think it's an interesting change to have the camera become the work of art instead of using it as a means to create art.

    This is really cool to see the inside of the camera. Now that I have seen this I will know what is on the inside of my camera instead of wondering how the picture gets developed. Also wondering how everything functions is no longer a mystery because an artist created a new view for everyone.

This is my last blog post for my senior year, so I'd like to say that I am so glad I took DMA classes throughout high school. I've learned so much and I wouldn't be where I am today without my experiences in the classes. I will be attending the Savannah College of Art and Design this coming fall and I couldn't be more excited. Malena Bozzini         Malena Bozzini is a sophomore college student studying psychology. As her passion she is an artist. Her work is so original and abstract in order to dramatize her figures. She creates art out of emotion and uses her feelings to choose color and shape. One of the most interesting facts is that all of her pieces are done with colored pencils. Her art is so expressive that each piece gives out its own vibe. What makes her art unique is that it is inspired by motion and gestures.
