iPhone lenses

Hey guys its Morgan Fitz! So recently we just finished our lens exploration and thought this would be perfect to share with you guys! So originally Mrs. Shields shared this with me but I thought this was really cool! The top picture has some basic lens that can attach to your iPhone camera! I am actually really tempted to buy one! But the last picture is my favorite because it involves the lens baby. Instead of the aperture ring being a circle, you can changed the shape to like a heart so that the light would look like hearts! Definitely cool Christmas light pics!

  1. I wish they had these for the Samsung Galaxy S5!! I would totally buy them for my phone. Who ever thought of these is a genius.

  2. I have these for my phone! I LOVE THEM. They're great, I bought some little cheap ones off amazon last year for like 20 bucks & they are great. I would say I love working with my actual camera though! I would totally recommend getting them. But maybe spring for the more expensive ones because the little magnetic piece on mine doesn't work so I have to hold the lens in place and that hinders me in so many ways. Okay bye now.

  5. This is such a great idea because the photo quality on phone cameras is constantly increasing. The ability to be able to take photos with different lenses with such little equipment would be awesome.

Last Blog Post

This is my last blog post for my senior year, so I'd like to say that I am so glad I took DMA classes throughout high school. I've learned so much and I wouldn't be where I am today without my experiences in the classes. I will be attending the Savannah College of Art and Design this coming fall and I couldn't be more excited. I'm thinking about majoring and working in the film industry, however, I will be pursuing all and any forms of art in the future as well. From a fellow artist: take the opportunities that you are given and work hard doing what you love. Speed Painting

This a painting made in Photoshop by a guy who goes by the name " The Concept Painter " on Youtube. He does lots of Photoshop speed painting videos and also air brush videos. This particular painting took him 3.5 hours to complete and was made using a drawing tablet similar to the ones we use in our class.

Another Comic Book Artist (Woo!): Annie Wu

If you have talked to me for more than one minute, I am a huge nerd. So, I am making another post about comic book artists. This time it's Annie Wu. She's a comic book artists who lives in Chicago, and is one of my inspiration artists for my sustained investigation. A lot of her work is dramatic with deep and dark lines with bold colors which is makes style perfect for where I first found her work. I first saw her work in the Black Canary book in 2017. Eventually, I will talk about Marvel comic book artists, but not today. If you want to check out more of her work, here is her website:  https://www.anniewuart.com/
