Hi, It's Kali Whitaker again. This artist, Hootsweets, was the main inspiration for my digital art work. I had no interest in not touchable media until I stumbled across her deviantart (http://hootsweets.deviantart.com/ http://hootsweets.tumblr.com/). I love adventure time and my favorite episodes are the genderbends. I love Marshall Lee and Prince Gumball so she just struck me with her amazing art. She ranges from simple art to complex shading. And an added bonus is she makes funny candy themed band title covers for Prince Gumball.

This is my last blog post for my senior year, so I'd like to say that I am so glad I took DMA classes throughout high school. I've learned so much and I wouldn't be where I am today without my experiences in the classes. I will be attending the Savannah College of Art and Design this coming fall and I couldn't be more excited. I'm thinking about majoring and working in the film industry, however, I will be pursuing all and any forms of art in the future as well. Malena Bozzini         Malena Bozzini is a sophomore college student studying psychology. As her passion she is an artist. Her work is so original and abstract in order to dramatize her figures. She creates art out of emotion and uses her feelings to choose color and shape. One of the most interesting facts is that all of her pieces are done with colored pencils. Her art is so expressive that each piece gives out its own vibe. What makes her art unique is that it is inspired by motion and gestures.
