So Long, DMA 1

I am so glad I decided to take DMA 1 for a multitude of reasons. This year has been full of fun projects, good laughs, and new experiences not like any other in a class here at Kings! The course itself was a great precursor to what I hope AP will be next year: a place, not only to grow in my art and skills, but to have a wonderful time while doing so. I'm very pleased with this year as a whole - in terms of my art and the skills I've learned that I'll forever carry with me. I cannot wait to see what the future holds for my art in AP!

PS: I wanted to include some of my other favorite pieces from this year but couldn't find the files on my laptop. This illustrated word will have to do!

Last Blog Post

This is my last blog post for my senior year, so I'd like to say that I am so glad I took DMA classes throughout high school. I've learned so much and I wouldn't be where I am today without my experiences in the classes. I will be attending the Savannah College of Art and Design this coming fall and I couldn't be more excited. I'm thinking about majoring and working in the film industry, however, I will be pursuing all and any forms of art in the future as well. From a fellow artist: take the opportunities that you are given and work hard doing what you love. Malena Bozzini         Malena Bozzini is a sophomore college student studying psychology. As her passion she is an artist. Her work is so original and abstract in order to dramatize her figures. She creates art out of emotion and uses her feelings to choose color and shape. One of the most interesting facts is that all of her pieces are done with colored pencils. Her art is so expressive that each piece gives out its own vibe. What makes her art unique is that it is inspired by motion and gestures. It is amazing how she developed such a style at such a young age.  Instagram @ malenabozzini

The Art Of Trevor Henderson

Hello everyone! today I'm going to talk about one of my favorite Instagram artists, Trevor Henderson! The reason why I like Trevor Henderson's art is that I really like how disturbing and creepy is art is. Here are a few examples of some of his art.
