Cincinnati Art

Street art has always fascinated me, I have always wished that I could spray paint something extremely cool like the pictures posted above. The pictures above have been taken around Cincinnati of different street art murals on different buildings across the city. I think it is really cool how the artwork takes up the entire side of buildings. I like that businesses allow artists to come paint a design of their choice on the buildings, it gives the artist a sense of freedom and then puts it on display for thousands of people to see everyday.

    I wish that graffiti like this was more accepted and more popular. I think it's really inspiring and can really put a new mood in a specific area. For example, the transition of OTR from being a dangerous part of Cincinnati to a tourist attraction. I think street art has drastically impacted areas around the world like OTR and it's truly amazing.

    This kind of graffiti is amazing, I wish more cities have this kind of art. Not only that its helpful to get the artists name out there. And makes the city more beautiful to see.

This is my last blog post for my senior year, so I'd like to say that I am so glad I took DMA classes throughout high school. I've learned so much and I wouldn't be where I am today without my experiences in the classes. I will be attending the Savannah College of Art and Design this coming fall and I couldn't be more excited. Malena Bozzini         Malena Bozzini is a sophomore college student studying psychology. As her passion she is an artist. Her work is so original and abstract in order to dramatize her figures. She creates art out of emotion and uses her feelings to choose color and shape. One of the most interesting facts is that all of her pieces are done with colored pencils. Her art is so expressive that each piece gives out its own vibe. What makes her art unique is that it is inspired by motion and gestures.
