3D Shoe

Here is a sketch of a shoe that i did the original is a watercolor painting that i did that i put into illustrator and did a live trace of. After putting it into illustrator i put it into photoshop and gave it that 3D effect.

  1. I like the look that the water color marks on the shoe get from the 3d effect.

  2. I love this! I feel like it looks almost 3d because of the water color, seriously really cool!

  3. I'm in absolute love with this, even though it is just a shoe. I've always loved digital art with this sort of washed out look to it. I follow an artist on tumblr who draws her own characters with this sort of rough sketch and dull color look that you have going here and I've always wanted to be able to draw like that. I never knew I could love a shoe so much...

Last Blog Post

This is my last blog post for my senior year, so I'd like to say that I am so glad I took DMA classes throughout high school. I've learned so much and I wouldn't be where I am today without my experiences in the classes. I will be attending the Savannah College of Art and Design this coming fall and I couldn't be more excited. I'm thinking about majoring and working in the film industry, however, I will be pursuing all and any forms of art in the future as well. From a fellow artist: take the opportunities that you are given and work hard doing what you love. Malena Bozzini         Malena Bozzini is a sophomore college student studying psychology. As her passion she is an artist. Her work is so original and abstract in order to dramatize her figures. She creates art out of emotion and uses her feelings to choose color and shape. One of the most interesting facts is that all of her pieces are done with colored pencils. Her art is so expressive that each piece gives out its own vibe. What makes her art unique is that it is inspired by motion and gestures. It is amazing how she developed such a style at such a young age.  Instagram @ malenabozzini

Speed Painting

This a painting made in Photoshop by a guy who goes by the name " The Concept Painter " on Youtube. He does lots of Photoshop speed painting videos and also air brush videos. This particular painting took him 3.5 hours to complete and was made using a drawing tablet similar to the ones we use in our class.
