Surrealism is the Best 'ism'

Hellllooooooo. I forgot to blog last week (sorry Mrs. Barnes haha) but I find these pictures interesting mostly because they make you think, and really envaluate what you're looking at. Surrealism in general forces me to look at art and photography in a different way.

    I love the bottom piece and how it confuses the eye. I have the feeling that these two are walking to somewhere hidden and the water on top is concealing them

    I love these pictures they make you wonder what it would be like if these were real situations, I love the bottom picture, i like how its beach meets pool but all under the waters surface, super interesting.

    I really like how the bottom photo makes me think about what I am looking at. I feel like I am looking at 3 different pictures combined into 1. It is really well done and I wanna know how someone can create an image like that.

This is my last blog post for my senior year, so I'd like to say that I am so glad I took DMA classes throughout high school. I've learned so much and I wouldn't be where I am today without my experiences in the classes. I will be attending the Savannah College of Art and Design this coming fall and I couldn't be more excited. I'm thinking about majoring and working in the film industry, however, I will be pursuing all and any forms of art in the future as well. Malena Bozzini         Malena Bozzini is a sophomore college student studying psychology. As her passion she is an artist. Her work is so original and abstract in order to dramatize her figures. She creates art out of emotion and uses her feelings to choose color and shape. One of the most interesting facts is that all of her pieces are done with colored pencils. Her art is so expressive that each piece gives out its own vibe. What makes her art unique is that it is inspired by motion and gestures.
