 Today I'm going to be talking about one of my favorite artists, and his name is Keith Haring. You've probably seen a lot of his work before. His style is very unique and never fails to put a smile on your face. I also love that the people he draws don't typically have faces, so you can use your imagination to come up with faces of your own.     After working on animations of our own in DMA, I now respect animators so much more.  Spider-Man Into the Spider-Verse is one of the most impressive animated movies I have ever watched. There are so many different things going on in each scene, and I was told that the makers of this movie partnered with Adobe which is so cool.

 In Ms. Bare's College Reading and Writing class, we are watching Just Mercy. This movie came out in December of 2019, and it falls nothing short of amazing. It is very powerful and impactful. 

       On February 2021, the title for Tom Holland's Spider-Man 3 film has finally been announced as "Spider-Man No Way Home." This film is going to star Tom Holland as Peter Parker/Spider-Man, Zendaya as MJ, Jacob Batalon as Ned Leeds, Tony Revolori as Flash Thompson, Marisa Tomei as Aunt May, Benedict Cumberbatch as Doctor Strange, Jamie Foxx as Electro, and Alfred Molina as Doctor Octopus. There is a huge rumor that Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield will reprise their roles as their versions of Spider-Man which might help introduce the multiverse to the MCU. This film will be in theaters December 17th, 2021 and I hope it's as good as the last one.

      Bruno Mars and Anderson .Paak have just released their first single off of their upcoming project "silk sonic". I personally think this song was beautiful, it was the perfect comeback song for somebody like Bruno Mars who hasn't dropped much music in a while. It is a very mellow and whimsical song that features Bruno Mars and Anderson .Paak harmonizing together in a way that makes it seem like they were made to make music with each other. I am very excited to see what the duo holds in store for their future project.

 Recently Ford partnered with rocket league to promote their new ford F150 truck. So in game they came out with a replica of the truck in the game that the players can buy and use in game. The players all were excited and the pros all used it which got the car more publicity because of all of the people that watch the pros play. Most of the youtubers also used the car.

  In the novel, The Great Gatsby by F. Scott Fitzgerald, it follows the life of a man who moves to New York to get into the bond business.  He eventually meets a man named Mr. Gatsby, and the story goes from there.  Personally, I like the symbolism and the changing interpretation of the cover after every chapter.  Looking at a piece of art that has many different view points is what really intrigues me to get more into design and particularly art that makes people think and interpret in whatever way they want.
