Sonic The Hedgehog Movie Redesign

When the 1st Trailer for The Sonic The Hedgehog movie came out a lot of people didn't like Sonic's design. The release date of the movie use to be November 8th 2019 but because of the old design's terrible look, the release date was changed to February 14th 2020 for redesign. In November, they finally released the 2nd Trailer with the new design which looked much more better than the old one. I can't wait for the movie to come in to theaters and I hope you go see it to.

    I think they thought that the more realistic design would appeal to people but they were dead wring.

This is my last blog post for my senior year, so I'd like to say that I am so glad I took DMA classes throughout high school. I've learned so much and I wouldn't be where I am today without my experiences in the classes. I will be attending the Savannah College of Art and Design this coming fall and I couldn't be more excited. I'm thinking about majoring and working in the film industry, however, I will be pursuing all and any forms of art in the future as well. Speed Painting

This a painting made in Photoshop by a guy who goes by the name " The Concept Painter " on Youtube. He does lots of Photoshop speed painting videos and also air brush videos. This particular painting took him 3.5 hours to complete and was made using a drawing tablet similar to the ones we use in our class.

Another Comic Book Artist (Woo!): Annie Wu

 If you have talked to me for more than one minute, I am a huge nerd. So, I am making another post about comic book artists. This time it's Annie Wu. She's a comic book artists who lives in Chicago, and is one of my inspiration artists for my sustained investigation. A lot of her work is dramatic with deep and dark lines with bold colors which is makes style perfect for where I first found her work. I first saw her work in the Black Canary book in 2017.
