I find this style of art to be both intruging and odd. It inspires me to futher my education in the digital arts field because of the complexity of a piece such as the ones I've selected is to a magnitude that is extraordinary. I decided to include an example of this style in a piece that deminstrates the use of photoshop as well as one that was completly created through a digital paint brush.
This is my last blog post for my senior year, so I'd like to say that I am so glad I took DMA classes throughout high school. I've learned so much and I wouldn't be where I am today without my experiences in the classes. I will be attending the Savannah College of Art and Design this coming fall and I couldn't be more excited. I'm thinking about majoring and working in the film industry, however, I will be pursuing all and any forms of art in the future as well. From a fellow artist: take the opportunities that you are given and work hard doing what you love. I too, really enjoy seeing this technique in artwork. I know last year there was a piece done with Erin Ventura similar to this and every time I see it, I am intrigued. I like how it really makes you think but looks very cool st the same time!
