I found this art while scrolling through twitter, and what I love most about it is the material used. These were created with painted coffee on old papers. Sometimes, it seems as if art can become an expensive hobby, buying nice paints or pencils or canvases... not to mention the costs of photoshop and cameras! But this just goes to show that beautiful and intriguing art can be attained with simple materials found around your house! As long as the passion is thee, people will always find a way to create.
This is my last blog post for my senior year, so I'd like to say that I am so glad I took DMA classes throughout high school. I've learned so much and I wouldn't be where I am today without my experiences in the classes. I will be attending the Savannah College of Art and Design this coming fall and I couldn't be more excited. I'm thinking about majoring and working in the film industry, however, I will be pursuing all and any forms of art in the future as well. From a fellow artist: take the opportunities that you are given and work hard doing what you love. Art made with unique materials is my favorite. I love how professional the artist made these look, and the amount of detail that went into them solely with coffee.
