Double Exposure

Double exposure portraits: a simple tutorial for making surrealist images

Hey guys! Just wanted to share this cool double exposure picture I found on Pinterest. First off, the different tree designs really stood out to me. The different shades of reds and greens on the trees can represent the seasons changing which I thought made for a very interesting photo. I also liked how you could only see the face and how it looks like it's almost shadowed by the trees. The designs of the trees over the blue sky making up the rest of the body was also a very unique concept and made great contrast.

  2. This is beautiful, just like you said the contrast is so interesting. Having only detail on the very left, particularly the face, is really cool. The fact that her complexion is so similar to some of the trees makes the who photo very interesting and striking.

  3. The different colors in this is what I find most interesting about it, it could represent so many different things like all of her emotions or thoughts. Plus is catches the eye and moves you view along the whole picture

  4. Super cool, I think the colors mix very well and the opacity is well off because nothing is to heavy when over lapping

Last Blog Post

This is my last blog post for my senior year, so I'd like to say that I am so glad I took DMA classes throughout high school. I've learned so much and I wouldn't be where I am today without my experiences in the classes. I will be attending the Savannah College of Art and Design this coming fall and I couldn't be more excited. I'm thinking about majoring and working in the film industry, however, I will be pursuing all and any forms of art in the future as well. From a fellow artist: take the opportunities that you are given and work hard doing what you love. Malena Bozzini         Malena Bozzini is a sophomore college student studying psychology. As her passion she is an artist. Her work is so original and abstract in order to dramatize her figures. She creates art out of emotion and uses her feelings to choose color and shape. One of the most interesting facts is that all of her pieces are done with colored pencils. Her art is so expressive that each piece gives out its own vibe. What makes her art unique is that it is inspired by motion and gestures. It is amazing how she developed such a style at such a young age.  Instagram @ malenabozzini

The Art Of Trevor Henderson

Hello everyone! today I'm going to talk about one of my favorite Instagram artists, Trevor Henderson! The reason why I like Trevor Henderson's art is that I really like how disturbing and creepy is art is. Here are a few examples of some of his art.
