Farewell

I have fallen in love with art, and culture, and writing these past few years, and I've never had a real outlet to use all of those creative qualities until these past two years in the DMA program. I've grown a lot and I've figured out who I am and what I want to do from here on out. I'm going to struggle a lot with leaving. The students and the teachers here have left an impact on me - one that I will carry with me when I leave.

I'm ready for this chapter to close, and to start a new one. I'm ready for change, and more self discovery that comes with university, but know that I will never forget the gifts that have been given here at Kings.

Thank you for everything.

Last Blog Post

This is my last blog post for my senior year, so I'd like to say that I am so glad I took DMA classes throughout high school. I've learned so much and I wouldn't be where I am today without my experiences in the classes. I will be attending the Savannah College of Art and Design this coming fall and I couldn't be more excited. I'm thinking about majoring and working in the film industry, however, I will be pursuing all and any forms of art in the future as well. From a fellow artist: take the opportunities that you are given and work hard doing what you love. Speed Painting

This a painting made in Photoshop by a guy who goes by the name " The Concept Painter " on Youtube. He does lots of Photoshop speed painting videos and also air brush videos. This particular painting took him 3.5 hours to complete and was made using a drawing tablet similar to the ones we use in our class.

Bye For Now DMA

Well since I'm a senior, then this is probably going to be my last blog post. Next year, I am going to do the Digital Design program at the Warren County Career Center for college credit, so I'm still going to do some DMA stuff after graduation. It's been very cool to be making cool stuff here and I'll miss you guys and I know your going to miss me and my dog Max.
