I really like this photo because it shows how far we have come and how much we have accomplished. The thing I have always liked about this photo is that it isn't photo shopped or fake and is a piece of history.
This is my last blog post for my senior year, so I'd like to say that I am so glad I took DMA classes throughout high school. I've learned so much and I wouldn't be where I am today without my experiences in the classes. I will be attending the Savannah College of Art and Design this coming fall and I couldn't be more excited. I'm thinking about majoring and working in the film industry, however, I will be pursuing all and any forms of art in the future as well. From a fellow artist: take the opportunities that you are given and work hard doing what you love. I love this photo because of how iconic it is. i love how it shows how hard people work even in harsh working conditions.
ReplyDeleteI also love this picture. It has always been one of my favorite photos. It's amazing how technology has advanced, as well as how the city skyline has changed. This photo has a nice depth of field, great photo overall.
ReplyDeleteI love this picture, it is a wonderful image to depict how America and the world has advanced and changed. I used to have iron cast models of it on my dresser. It is perfect picture of historical and technological advancements.
