I STOP THE FIRE Video Synopsis
When faced with the challenge to make a video about cyber bullying, we wanted to do more than illuminate the problem. We want to empower high school students with a small, powerful act that can stop the spread of cyber bullying. We noticed that with just one hurtful text, a bully can start a wildfire that keeps spreading. By reaching out to people being bullied and throwing away those messages anyone can stop that wildfire.
The video features the talents of KHS actors Lauren Abernathy, Taylor Reece, Hunter Doebereiner, Dane Doebereiner, Nick Squires, Jordan Danko, and Derek Preston, with guest appearances from Mr. Burnside and Mrs. Delehanty-Koenig.
