Last weekend I went to a farm/park with Jimi. We walked around and took a bunch of cool pictures but this one was my favorite. I love the way the sunset reflects onto the barn door!

Fashion has a very wide following and has a vast variety of what the definition of fashion is. Many see fashion as clothing but fashion is also shoes, accessories, bags, ect.

Recently while scrolling down Pinterest looking for inspiration, I found this technique that uses photography and painting. The subject is done in photography. Then, they make the environment around the subject in dry strokes of acrylic paint. For me, I love both physical and digital art. So, when I found this technique, it really inspired me to try it myself one day.  I believe that we can incorporate physical art into our digital art. The possibilities are endless!

We just had an assignment where we had to use light to create cool pictures and some of the coolest pictures came out by using steel wool. We tied it to a string and lit the end on fire and started to spin it in a circle. We set the exposure really long to capture all of the sparks. I ended up having to paint the middle black so that you couldn't see me.

Scrolling through the internet i have found this picture of a waterfall but instead of water it is a bunch of dancing women. Interesting yet cool.

Silvia Grav is a Spanish artist and creative director based in LA. AT 18 she dropped out of a Fine Arts college her first year. Her work got discovered and became viral after being published in many medias. I really like her style and her black and white pictures. I like how simple yet complex her work is. If you somehow don't know that a live version of Mulan is coming out well now you know. Now from the tailors I have seen it looks pretty good but on  the other hand I'm a little hesitant to go see it. Don't get me wrong Disney has done a pretty good job with redoing the old movies and making a live version but it's just how are they  going to pull it off? Or, are they going to make it kinda similar to the original? The  only reason for that last question is because in the live version on "The Lion King"  they left out a whole scene and that's up to you to figure that out.I love Disney and I can't wait to see it  I just hope they don't "mess it up or ruin it"   Mulan comes out March 27,2020

Yesterday Nintendo released an extended video going over there new Animal Crossing game releasing on March 2020. The art style looks amazing as it keeps to the original looks of the game. Initially I was a little nervous as it looked like they had taken out so many of the best parts form previous games like shops, KK Slider, and Isabelle however I was happily proven wrong and I looks like everything is returning plus so much more. I can't wait to once again sell my soul to Tom Nook.

This is a humanized picture of a snail. I really like the creepy aspect of it. The snarling mouth and the jagged teeth mixed with the slobber looks really cool together. This piece isrespectively called "a scary snail".

The Good Place is a show that's been around since September 16th, 2016. Since then, the show has received a total of 4 seasons that have never failed to keep fans engaged. Unfortunately though, with the announcement of season 4 came the announcement that this would be the final season of The Good Place. So, on January 30th, 2020, fans of The Good Place gathered together for the finale in which we said goodbye to the classic cast of characters and watched as they went to... Well, I won't spoil any further. If you watched The Good Place finale, what did you think? Were you content with the ending, or do you think it should've been different?

Listening to all of Kanye's Albums and I feel like that Graduation is the best one in my opinion. All of the songs have a great sound, beat, and the album cover is probably my favorite album cover from Kanye.

Call of duty had a huge update they came out with a new battle pass new maps, game modes, weapon skins and more. One of  the maps they came out with is Rust, rust is a map from an older call of duty that they came back out with. The battle pass is $10 and is honestly worth it. You get so much out of it that it is worth the $10. They also came out with 2 new guns that seem like they are going to be very good when you unlock them.

Since we are doing animation in DMA I, I wanted to draw attention to my favorite piece of animation. It comes from Harry Potter and The Deathly Hallows pt. 1. Give it a watch The Link to The Animation I love this animation. It beautiful and simplistic. One of my favorite bits it when death shows up, as it's a near reverse copy of Voldemort's death in Deathly Hallows pt. 2. It's really pretty and Emma Watson's voice so soothing.

I did a portrait of my mom and stepdad for my moms valentines day gift. I worked really hard on this project and I thought I would share it on here!

On February 12, 2020, AJR released their new song, "Bang!" In this song, they sing about the middle period between childhood and adulthood. Throughout the song, AJR sings about a "fake it till you make it" sort of policy and putting off the whole growing up phase of their lives. The message is that adulthood is bound to hit us at some point so you might as well go out with a bang, hence the name of the song. The music that plays in the song is rather unique in that it plays a mysterious horn sound during the verses but switches to a "theatrical trap" when the chorus hits.

One day I was just perusing the web when I first stumbled upon this wacky website, Zoomquilt2. This particular website can be best described as an infinitely zooming painting. With the unique art style throughout the piece and the endless customization options, there is something for just about everybody! Asya Kozina and Dmitriy Kozin, two Saint Petersburg based artists, create elaborate paper wigs depicting different landscapes and objects. They modeled the wigs after extravagant Baroque ones and used places and characters inspired by old folk stories in the art. 

CRL happens every year and I don't know if you guys know or even play rocket league but whether or not you do or not. One thing that I am sure a few of you guys have heard of is Esports. Which it does have. With the regular RLCS which is Professional League play but CRL Standing for Collegiate Rocket League. Which as the name applies is for Colleges and is very neat so the winning students all get Scholarships for their College It happens between many different colleges other games do this but not at such a large quantity. Rocket league goes by 2v2 or 3v3 team setups so it allows for a lot more opportunity for many as they don't need many people to play. With it starting soon I recommend you give it a watch CRL has all kinds of colleges and is very entertaining soccer and cars together is surprisingly fun to watch can't wait for Akron to win...again

       Last night, Juaquin Pheonix received an Oscar academy award for the best actor in a leading role. His performance in the 2019 film, Joker, solidified his win in this category. His method acting for the film and the way he executed a very difficult story with a character with an even more difficult story made some people uncomfortable and others to praise him. Regardless, the award was well deserved for such a performance that brought to light some dark stories in our own lives, not only that of Gotham City.

In class Mrs. Barnes Showed us this cute animation called Jungle Beat! I really liked that the little characters don't have eyes and that they don't talk. The art style is really cute and the stories are short and fun!

Last night at the 92nd Oscars the movie Parasite made History by taking a handful of wins, it's the first foreign language film to win best picture. Everyone predicted 1917 was a shoe in for the win but Parasite was the upset. It also won best director which is just as a big of deal. It's important to keep in mind how much of an impact a film like Parasite has winning these awards because it gives much more exposure to films from other countries, and more much needed representation from actors who are a different minority other than white since they are getting the recognition they deserve.

This movie apparently won best picture at the Oscars the other night. I didn't know what it was until Mr. Hicks brought it up in creative writing today. We watched the trailer and it seems interesting. 

I recently got this game for my switch and I’m loving it. The graphics are really nice to look at, and this art was so cool to me.

So Byleth the biggest controversial character in Smash ultimate, as a design Byleth isn't bad but what people expected and wanted was not what they got. This made a big divide in smashes community and changed how people thought about Nintendos Character picking. A lot of people hated their addition and others loved it. The real question is will Sakurai make the same mistake again or will we be getting another fire emblem character in the future only time will tell but for real the designs aren't bad.

The new PlayStation is going to be able to run at 120 frames per second which is a double from the ps4 fps which is cool and good for the gaming community in my opinion. This is what the ps5 might look like but it has not been shown what it will look like because they wanna hype it up closer to the release date and i'm not surprised if it does better than Xbox for sale's and things like that, I say that because most people like Sony's systems over Xbox or Microsoft.

The new trailer for apex legends come out today and it looks crazy they are releasing a new person you can play as, a new gun, and a whole lot of map changes. They also gave us a sneak peak of what the new battle pass is going to look like, honestly it looks like this one might be worth the $5 with some really cool skins and weapon skins I cant wait till it comes out and to see what else the game has in store.

Hey guys its Ryan back with another blog post,I have been thinking about summer drives and nice weather lately and I wanted to share a picture of something that I see in my head quite often when I think about it.

So this came out during the super bowl. During the course of the 30sec trailer the content quantity seemed to get worse and worse. We saw a decent amount of the falcon and winter soldier which is always great, then they moved on to Wandavision which unfortunately still has Paul Bentley in it, and lastly they showed 2sec of Loki in a prison cell threatening to burn somewhere down. Either way I guess I need to get a subscription now.

Tyler the Creator won the Grammy for the best Rap album and I have to totally agree. Igor is a masterpiece. I have never listened any rap albums when growing up but Adrian Hunt got me into, Kanye, Asap, and Tyler. And I have been hooked ever since. His music has a great bass, good keyboards, amazing lyrics, a good album cover, basic but good. Love Tyler and congratulations.
