Here's a little Russian animation I found online that is, apparently, made in Flash. It's amazing how much you can do with this program!

Here  is a really haunting song sung by a small choir in a train station. The train station made a surprisingly excellent musical environment for the sound waves to bounce around in.

i found this image on the web and it caught my eye because after college im joining the peace corps and  one day i could be surrounded and live with yellow people.

The Sun and the Moon are the scientific way of the Yin and Yang. The balances of light and shadow goes well with the drawing.

This is called a Koolight. When you buy them they come in small pieces that you put together to make a ball and place a bulb on the inside of it. Then you can hang it up wherever. This is mine in my room and I love it. Better than any type of lamp!

I found this contour line drawing of this man and it reminded me of our first project in AP DMA but its more abstract, I liked it alot.

Pixelmon is a mod for Minecraft that transfers all the fun of Pokemon to Minecraft!! I think that this is a really good demonstration of artwork based on all the things we did in Maya 2014. All of the pixelmon models are created in maya and require a lot of work to complete.

Hey guys. Just in case my encouragement post did not appease the almighty Shilds, here is a video regarding a brilliant new video game Engine called Snowdrop, being showcased in the upcoming title, Tom Clancy's The Division. I'm super pumped for this game, and it also looks very cinematic and life-like. This is the next generation of gaming. Again, I am so pumped. This video showcases the abilities and rendering capabilities of the engine. Even if you don't play video games, you should watch this to see how real looking games have gotten since back in my day with the Ataris and the Invaders of Space and the Legends of the Zelda

Hello to you all. In my time in 6th Bell DMA with you youngin's, I've noticed a steady rise in the lack of faith in one's own abilities. I'm here to share with you a quote from one of my favorite writers, Kurt Vonnegut, who supported the arts and everything having to do with art. The point of this post? Be encouraged, and don't ever stop making art. You chose this class for a reason, don't give up on it. I know that the people in your 6th and 7th Bell class who will go on to AP DMA will love it just as much as I have. You guys rock and you shouldn't ever think any other way

I used Adobe Dreamweaver to take this picture, edited it in Adobe Flash and made the final export on Adobe Premier Pro. I dont know how to use Aderbe Phertersherp well.  Side note, Cars are more importanter then School, Jobs, and most importantly, Adobe Certification.

Saw this piece on newgrounds, I just love the style and the sense of scale it establishes with the curves in the clouds, and how it still develops the character of the bear even though we cannot see his front.

I had the chance to go to the South Lebanon Elementary to see what the Eclub (environmental club) does, these kids go around the school and pick up the recycling and trash and they also do other projects as well. On May 19th they are having their third annual Environmental Stewardship Showcase from 5-7pm, and I was asked to design a flyer for them. I am really excited to design the flyers for them!!    

 Found a model sheet of one of my favorite cartoon characters as a kid, bugs bunny. I liked how the artist added descriptions to help the character come to life and to help the viewer understand what the artist was thinking.  

This here is my 9th concentration. My concentration revolves around cars. This car here is the majority of my concentration. It's a 1981 VW Scirocco S.

This is how Intro to DMA

I found an old model sheet of Goofy. I wish I knew when it was drawn, but it's pretty cool how they use the other characters to scale his height.

Since we all use cameras eventually, I thought it would be cool to know how they compare to our actual perspective.

Well, we are back at it. Now that it is a new sports season I plan on adding tennis, track and lacrosse to the PhysEd collection. Here is an idea for my tennis ad layout.

Some more light graffiti stuff I found. These got my attention really good. Especially the last picture.

So i have been digging into other ways to mix ink/dye with different liquids. For example this is oil mixing with different inks. Thinking about trying some of the things i have been finding, looks fun. -Joe MFN Craig
