Art from around the world

creativeroots.org Art work varies in style through each indivisual but what about people from different countries. I found this interesting so i started having my dad, who regularly is traveling the world for work, start bringing me magazines from different countries. I found the work to be quite different than ours here in America. Creative Roots is a website that allows you to browse though countries and distingish ones style of work from another.

GoPro 2010 Highlights: You in HD

Here is a sweet video I found of some highlights of GoPro film from a couple years back.  Enjoy!

Funny Photography

Art can come from anything. This is an extremely clever way to use a pickle, an olive, some wire, and a couple of toothpicks. Photography is great because you can control the circumstances so you can use anything at your disposal. Try using some things that most people can't see as art and make awesome work. Try to inspire yourself with anything you touch. Don't look at a pickle as just a pickle, maybe look at it like a warrior being impaled by a fellow warrior olive. Ha ha this picture is awesome.

Shadow art

very cool piece of art. its just a crazy looking metal sculpture, that when light hits it in a certain angle forms a shadow of a cat
